The first module of the CAF A Coaching Diploma Course has successfully concluded at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, marking the completion of the opening phase of the 10-month coach education programme.
The 25 student coaches, including several former national team players, will now undertake online assignments and practical coursework set by the course instructors as part of the continuous learning and assessment process ahead of the next residential module.
The participants are expected to reconvene at the FUFA Technical Centre during the September FIFA international window for the second module, where they will continue advancing their technical knowledge, leadership skills and coaching competencies.
The CAF A Coaching Diploma is part of FUFA’s continued commitment to developing highly qualified coaches capable of driving player development and contributing to the growth of football in Uganda.
