UCU Lady Cardinals FC and She Corporate FC will hope to maintain their grip at the top while She Maroons FC, Lady Doves FC and Olila High School WFC will seek quick recovery from last weekend’s bruises.

With two fixtures involving Kampala Queens FC vs Uganda Martyrs WFC and Kawempe Muslim Ladies vs Rines SS WFC postponed, only six teams will be in action.

It should be noted that Uganda Martyrs WFC and Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC have players on the Uganda U17 Women’s National Team that is preparing to face Ethiopia in the first round of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers.

She Corporate FC will hope to get back to winning ways against troubled Lady Doves FC on Saturday in Nakawa.

The Sharks suffered a blip last weekend, drawing goalless against Rines SS WFC and thus the ultimate target on matchday four will be to get maximum points.

Victory against Lady Doves FC will take She Corporate top of the table on ten points, one ahead of perfect UCU Lady Cardinals who face FC Tooro Queens on Sunday.

However, reigning Champions Lady Doves who have picked just a point in their opening three games and currently bottom of the table will be seeking for a response, starting with Saturday’s clash against She Corporate.

The Masindi based outfit suffered a humiliating defeat to UCU Lady Cardinals last weekend, falling 5-0 in Mukono. This was their heaviest loss in the league.

The other game on Saturday will have wounded Olila High School WFC face off with new comers She Maroons who are equally in the same boat.

Olila despite leading against Uganda Martyrs WFC last weekend eventually lost 2-1 and remain with three points from three games played.

She Maroons FC on the other hand are second from bottom on one point and have lost their last two games to UCU Lady Cardinals and Kampala Queens with an identical score of 1-0.

Under the stewardship of coach Alex Sida, the Prison Sentries will hope to get their first win of the season on their trip to Soroti.

Table leaders UCU Lady Cardinals will get back to action on Sunday with a trip to Fort Portal to face tricky FC Tooro Queens who have picked three draws so far.

High flying UCU Lady Cardinals will take on Tooro Queens this weekend.

The University side remain only the perfect team in the league with nine points from three games and yet to concede.

The home side will have a job on their hands to tame on form Hasifa Nassuna who has scored a goal in each of the three games played this season and edging closer to making 100 goals in the league.
