Terrazo and Tiles FC Sportingly qualify to StarTimes FUFA Big League - FUFA: Federation of Uganda Football Associations

FUFA Regional Play-offs:

Booma (Kitara) 1 (3) – 1 (4) Terrazo & Tiles (Western)

Western region’s Terrazo and Tiles became the third club to sportingly qualify to the StarTimes FUFA Big League.

Terrazo and Tiles beat Booma 4-3 in post-match penalties after normal time had ended one all at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru on Friday.

Walter Omona’s 5^th minute early goal for Booma was cancelled by Abraham Athuhaire’s 78^th equalizer to push the game into the shoot-out.

In the post match shoot-out, Charles Bbale, captain Patrick Waligo, experienced Emmanuel Balyejussa and Francis Mabbikke scored for Terrazo and Tiles.

Terrazo and Tiles goalkeeper Peter Otine carried high

Douglas Lule Kizza, Patrick Ongeyowon, Walter Omona were on target for Booma.

Abraham Atuhaire and Kenneth Ndyatunga missed for Terrazo and Tiles.

Fred Gift and Swadick Collensis and Jasper Akiiki Owobusinge all missed their respective kicks for Booma.

Terrazo and Tiles (Western) join the two other promoted clubs; Buganda’s Luwero United and Eastern region side Gaddafi to the StarTimes FUFA Big League league.

Two more regions; Northern and West Nile will face off to determine the fourth club to the second tier league.
