Stanbic Uganda Cup 2018/19 (Round of 32):
Vipers 4-0 Kansai Plascon
Vipers Sports Club booked their berth to the round of 16 stage in the Stanbic Uganda Cup following a comprehensive 4-0 victory at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende on Tuesday.
Desmond Kyobe (own goal), defender Halid Lwaliwa and a brace by striker Abraham Ndugwa gave Vipers the commanding win.
The first two goals by Kyobe and Lwaliwa came in the first half before Ndugwa’s two strikes came in the subsequent half.
Vipers had reached this stage with a walk over following the failure for Rushekere Growers to travel for the game at the round of 64.
The Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32 matches continue on Wednesday.
