The FUFA Executive Committee has appointed the Tournament Organising Committee (TOC) for the FUFA Academies League, with Barente Ronald as Chairman, Kiwanuka Roberts as Vice Chairman, and Kigongo Farouk, Rodrick Muhumuza, former National team players Lwanga Ronald, Benjamin Ochan and Yasser Mugerwa as members.
The TOC will oversee the pilot Academies League in Buganda and Kampala regions, launching on 22nd March 2026.
This project aims to strengthen youth football structures and create a talent pipeline.
The FUFA Academies League will be launched on Monday 16th March 2026 at FUFA Stadium, Kadiba
