A total of 66 matches were played across 11 match days in the opening half of the campaign, yielding 155 goals at an average of approximately 2.3 goals per game. This return reflects a balanced contest between attacking intent and defensive organisation.

Home teams asserted their advantage, registering 27 victories compared to 17 away wins, while 22 fixtures ended in draws. In terms of goals scored, home sides contributed 86, with visiting teams adding 69. These figures underline the importance of home advantage while also highlighting the resilience of teams capable of securing valuable points on the road.

Matchday three recorded the highest goal return with 21 goals scored, while matchday 11 produced the lowest tally with 10 goals.

Individual brilliance featured prominently throughout the first round, with two hat-tricks and 15 braces showcasing the influence of standout attacking players across the league. Defensive discipline was equally evident, as 49 clean sheets were recorded from 66 matches, signalling improved structure and organisation among teams. Own goals were rare, with only one instance registered.
