Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed five Ugandan officials for the forthcoming TotalEnergies Women Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
FUFA Events Manager Leila Nankya and Esther Musoke have been appointed as protocol and marketing officers respectively.


Jamil Ssewanyana has been assigned as a CAF Safety and Security officer.

Renown journalist Usher Komugisha will be an Editor-English while Shamirah Nabadda is one of the 16 centre referees who will officiate at the tournament.


The 2022 WAFCON edition will be played in Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco between 2nd -23rd July.
Uganda is in group A alongside hosts Morocco, Senegal and Burkina Faso.
